11 They found an Egyptian in the open country and brought him to David. And they gave him bread and he ate. They gave him water to drink,

1 Kings 13:9

9 for so was it commanded me by the word of the Lord, saying, ‘You shall neither eat bread nor drink water nor return by the way that you came.’”

1 Kings 13:16-17

16 And he said, ^a“I may not return with you, or go in with you, neither will I eat bread nor drink water with you in this place, 17 for it was said to me ^bby the word of the Lord, ‘You shall neither eat bread nor drink water there, nor return by the way that you came.’”

2 Kings 6:22-23
